Hello Everyone
In this article, I am going to talk about a less known but very effective feature of Honor Band 6, Which is also available on other Honor wearables too. I am talking about the "Smart Alarm".
What is Smart Alarm?
When HUAWEI TruSleep™ is enabled, your band may wake you up a little bit before the scheduled time if it detects you have already woken up.
Depending on your current sleep phase, waking you up from your sleep can be easy.
During deep sleep, the brain avoids all potential sleep disruptors such as light and noise. If you were to wake up during this time, you would feel exhausted and sluggish.
As a result, waking up during Rapid Eye Movement Sleep is marginally easier. 90% of the time, waking up in this stage results in you remembering pieces of your dream.
It's also a lot easier to wake up after a Light Sleep, so you'll feel more alert and refreshed. This is why your smart alarm wakes you up at this point in your sleep cycle.
How does Smart Alarm works?
Let's say you set your alarm for 7:00 a.m. The smart alarm in your Honor Band 6 will scan your biorhythms in advance of the alarm and will determine the best time to wake you up based on the Wake-up window you set in your Huawei Health app (5, 10, 20, or 30 minutes before 7:00 am). If you stay in the Deep Sleep process until 7:00 a.m., your Smart Alarm will wake you up normally at 7:00 a.m.
How to set a Smart Alarm?
Open the Huawei Health app
Tap on Devices
Choose Honor Band 6 (Or any other Honor wearable on which you want to set a Smart alarm)
Swipe Up to find Alarm
Tap on Alarm
Enable the Smart Alarm
You can set your desired time and wake up window for the smart alarm just by tapping on the smart alarm time.
Please Note -
If the Bluetooth connection between your band and your phone is interrupted when you are setting the alarm, the settings will take effect only when a normal connection is re-established, and data synchronization is complete after you re-open the Huawei Health app.
If you enable Smart wakeup, when your band detects that you are not in a state of deep sleep, it will activate the alarm in advance of the set time.
I hope you liked this information
THANKS, KURAMA
