Hi guys
Today we are all at home, using our mobiles a lot and also spending a lot of electricity.
The battery is one of the most important components of the mobile. If the battery is well maintained, the user experience will be better. Therefore, the daily maintenance of a battery is very important. How do we maintain the battery in daily use? Here are 4 battery facts you shouldn't pass up.
1. What is the best time to charge your mobile?
Some are used to charging their phones when they run out of power. In fact, the lower the battery, the greater the loss of the battery, therefore, avoid charging it when the battery level is below 20%. Also, it doesn't overcharge the battery. It is recommended to keep the power at 20 ~ 80%.
2. Is it okay to charge overnight?
Many people are used to charging their devices before bed until the next morning. However, if your mobile is always connected to the charger, the battery lasts high voltage for a long time. In this case, the active material inside the battery is in a meta-stable state, which will accelerate the loss of the battery. It is recommended that you remove the charger in time.
3. How does ambient temperature affect the load?
The chemical characteristics of the lithium battery determine its ambient temperature (specified in the mobile user manual). In the low-temperature environment, the electrochemical activity of the battery will deteriorate, and the power that can be used efficiently is less than at normal temperatures. When your mobile runs applications that consume a lot of energy (such as taking photos, recording videos and gaming), the remaining energy will decrease faster than in normal temperature environments. In the high temperature environment, using the mobile while charging will generate more heat and lead to battery loss. It is recommended that you avoid using your mobile while it is charging.
4. Will a non-standard charger damage the battery?
Chargers of different brands differ in charging specifications and fast charging principles. If you use a non-standard charger to charge your mobile, fast charging may malfunction and your mobile may be damaged. Therefore, using the standard charger to charge your device is best.
