Once your products purchased through this website are delivered, you have a period of 30 days to decide whether to keep them. You have a further period of 30 days to return the products after you have submitted for your return request. The first period begins after the day on which you received your products, and the second period begins after the day on which you submitted your return request. You will receive a return label stating the "pick-up" and "delivery service", which you can use to send your products back to Honor with no additional cost. If you do not use the return label provided by Honor, you may have to pay the shipping costs yourself.
The products return to Honor should be undamaged. A loss of value caused by a necessary test is not a defect. For a full refund, please also return all accessories. You can find more detailed information about our conditions of sale.
You can also send the products back to Honor for an exchange within a period of 30 days (31 days for Honor MagicWatch 2) after receiving the online purchase.
Note: Your products can only be exchanged for the same type of product.

2. Defective products
If you purchase products on this website and the products are defective or found to be defective, your statutory consumer rights may apply. These statutory consumer rights apply in addition to the rights you are entitled to under Honor’s voluntary guarantee terms. If the products you have purchased do not work properly or are not functional, you can return the products. If the test result after our examination shows that the product is defective or faulty, we may, at our discretion, repair or exchange it in accordance with the consumer law applicable in UK.
Please note: We also recommend that you use the original packaging when returning the products.
3. How can the products be returned?
If you buy your products with an account, you can submit your return request using the following methods:
Log into your account;
Go to "My Account";
Select the order you want to return / exchange;
Select "REFUND" or "EXCHANGE";
Fill in the information required for your return;
Submit your return / exchange request;
If you are shopping as a guest, please contact the Honor support team to request your return / exchange. You may inform us of your decision within a period of 30 days (31 days for Honor Magic Watch 2).

You can cancel the order for your purchases before the products are packaged. If you choose to do so, we will arrange the refund for you as soon as we receive your cancellation request.
If you want to return your products after receiving them, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving your return request. However, we may postpone the refund if we do not receive the goods or we have no evidence that you sent them back. For refunds, we will use the same payment method that you used for your order. As soon as we receive your products or proof that you have sent them to us, a refund will be initiated immediately. However, the time it takes to receive the refund also depends on your payment bank.
5. Return of a product package
From time to time, Honor may offer you the purchase of products in a bundle or recommend gift campaigns in our Honor online shop. These bundleand gift promotions are only granted on the condition that you keep the products. To receive your full refund for these, we recommend that you return the bundle and gifts together. If you are unable to do so, we may have to deduct the proportionate amount of the gift and refund you the remaining.
