- Click the "Windows" icon, then find and click Alarm & Clock in the program list.
- Select World Clock and click the "+ Add New City" icon in the bottom right corner.
- Enter a location and select it in the list. If you do not see the desired location, try selecting another location in the same time zone.
- Select the "Compare" button in the lower right corner and select a time zone with the slider at the bottom. Select a location on the map to change the location corresponding to the slider.
- To delete a location, click the "Edit Clock" button in the lower right corner and click Delete on the corresponding city icon.
