These Online Store Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, "Terms and Conditions") apply to your purchases on  www.hihonor.com/uk/shop/ and the contract you enter into with Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd., (hereinafter, "we", "our" or "Honor"), a company incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom, RG2 6UU and whose registered number is 13152943.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully so that you are aware of your rights and obligations. You can save or print these Terms and Conditions for your future reference. Honor shall also save the text of the entire contract and make it available to you upon your request.



1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, contracts, and deliveries by Honor on the website www.hihonor.com/uk/shop and all relevant subdomains ("Honor Online Store") unless otherwise agreed.



2. Order Requirements

To order Products or receive services through our website, you must: (a) be legally able to enter into binding contracts; (b) be at least 18 years old; (c) be resident in the United Kingdom.



3. Conclusion of the Contract

3.1 If you wish to place an order, you must add the desired Products to the shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. You can, at any moment, access the shopping cart and make changes by clicking on the corresponding link.

3.2 Once you are ready to confirm the customer cart, you must click on the "proceed to checkout" button, you will then follow the order procedure by providing required invoicing and delivery information.

3.3 You will see an information summary at the end of the procedure, which shall include but not limited to: your Identification, description of the ordered Products, ordered Products price (excl. and incl. VAT), Shipping costs, order price, method of payment, invoicing address, type of delivery and delivery address, and the present Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3.4 By clicking the purchase button, you are placing a binding order for the products and services in your shopping basket (the "Offer"). Shortly after we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. The order confirmation email does not signify Honor's acceptance of your order as it simply confirms that we have received your order.

3.5 Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted your order, which will include with shipment details (the "Acceptance"). Before you receive Honor's Acceptance, you have the right to cancel your Offer. Circumstances where your order might not receive Acceptance by Honor include situations where: the product is out of stock; we are unable to authorize your payment due to unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for or we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.



4. Price and Payment

4.1 Honor's sales prices are listed in the Honor Online Store and include all duties, fees, and other charges applied upon sales by Honor, including VAT (if applicable).

4.2 All prices and information in the Honor Online Store are intended to be accurate and complete; however, in certain situations pricing and other errors may occur. You shall have no right to rely upon a price that is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing retail price for that product or service. In the event that Honor's published price for a product or service is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing retail price due to Honor's pricing error, we have no obligation to sell at that price and shall be entitled to cancel the contract with you before shipment and delivery. Furthermore, if the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

4.3 Unless otherwise stipulated in the Honor Online Store and in the order process, Honor's delivery and administration charges are included in the final price payable for the products. Any charges or fees that will be added to the product price will be visible to you during the order process and before you place the order.

4.4 Payment shall be made by any payment methods offered in the Honor Online Store. Any refunds to you will be made to the same card or through the same payment method you used when making the original payment.

4.5 In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ) Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment option: pay later, deferred payments in 3 instalments. Payment if made to Klarna in each case. More information and Klarna’s terms of use can be found here.



5. Availability and Delivery

5.1 Your order and contract will be processed and performed when we have received your payment. We are not obliged to ship any products before we have received the full payment for the product.

5.2 If it is not possible for Honor to ship the products within the delivery period mentioned in the Honor Online Store or order confirmation, or in the event that a Product is out of stock and could not be delivered within the agreed time, we will inform you thereof and allow you to terminate the contract, in which case any payment made to Honor will be reimbursed. Your other rights and remedies under consumer law remain unaffected. We reserve the right to combine your orders to facilitate prompt delivery.

5.3 Location of Delivery: We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

6. Right to Withdrawal

6.1 As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within thirty (30) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty (30) days from:

1) In the case of a sale contract for a good: the date on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods;

2) In the case of a contract for multiple goods which you have ordered as part of a single order and are delivered separately: the date on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods;

3) In the case of a contract for the supply of a good in multiple parts or pieces: the date on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or part;

4) In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods for a fixed period: the date on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods for the first time;

5) In the case of a service contract or a contract for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data medium: the date of conclusion of the contract.


6.2 You may exercise your right to cancel by following the steps below

1) Log into your account;

2) Go to "My Account";

3) Select "Orders";

4) Select the order you want to return / exchange;

5) Select "REFUND" or "EXCHANGE";

6) Fill in the information required for your return;

7) Submit your return / exchange request;

6.3 Consequences of Cancellation

In the event that you cancel your contract, we will immediately refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs arising from your selection of a different delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery offered by Honor) no later than thirty (30) days after the date on which the notification of your cancellation of your contract has been received by Honor. Refunds shall be issued to you using the same means as your original payment, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and Honor. In no event will we charge you any fees for receiving this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products, whichever is earlier.

You must return the products to Honor immediately, and in any event not later than thirty (30) days from the date on which you notify Honor of your cancellation of your contract. You will only have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods, if any, in accordance with our Return Policy. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send the products before the expiration of the period of thirty (30) days.

If you cannot return the products to Honor in whole or in part, or there is a reduction in value of the goods due to your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop, your refund (excluding delivery costs) may be reduced or you must compensate Honor for the reduction in value. You are responsible for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to excessive handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

If you have requested that the services should commence during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided at the time you notify Honor of your intent to exercise your right to cancel in respect of this contract in comparison with the total volume of services provided for in the contract.


6.4 Exclusion of the Right to Cancel

You do not have the right to cancel the following contracts:

1) Contracts for the supply of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after the delivery.

2) Contracts for the supply of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

3) Contract for the supply of sealed computer software, which was unsealed after delivery.

4) Contract for customized products.


6.5 Expiry of the Right to Cancel

Your right to cancel is subject to expiry if you do not exercise it within 30 days as established in 6.1 above. It may also expire in the following circumstances:

1) In the case of services, after they have been fully rendered, provided that you have previously expressly agreed and confirmed that you will lose the right to cancel once the services have been fully rendered. If the services have not been fully rendered and you have agreed that they will be rendered within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the services contract, then you will receive an amount proportional to the services already rendered until the date on which you has notified us of your intent to cancel from the service contract.

2) In the case of the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance, download or streaming has begun with your prior express consent, you acknowledge that you hereby lose your right to cancel.

7. Bundles, Gifts and Discount Vouchers

7.1 From time to time, Honor may offer you bundled products or provide you with a gift if you purchase in our Honor Online Store. These bundles and gift promotions are only provided under the condition that you keep the products.

7.2 To receive your full refund, we recommend that you return the bundled products and gifts in their entirety. If you are not able to do so, you may have to pay us a proportionate compensation or we may reduce your refund

7.2 Honor may provide discount vouchers with the aim of promoting our products. Discount vouchers grant a reduction of the price of the goods to be sold, subject to applicable terms and conditions, and represent the value that Honor renounces to collect in relation to the supply. They are not considered as a payment instrument of the goods to be sold. If you decide to return a product purchased with a discount voucher, Honor will only reimburse the amount paid.



8. Warranty Policy

8.1 Honor voluntarily offers a limited warranty in respect of certain Honor branded products and accessories. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at Warranty Policy and are also contained in your HONOR packaging box.

8.2 The Honor Warranty Policy is separate and in addition to the legal rights of consumers under UK laws and does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.



9. Our Liability

9.1 Claims for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations as well as liability for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the objective of the contract.

9.2 In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, we are only liable for typical, foreseeable damage if this was caused simply by negligence, unless it concerns claims for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health.

9.3 The provisions of the applicable law of Product Liability remain unaffected.



10. Force Majeure

Honor is not responsible for delays outside its control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.



11. Applicable Law

11.1 Contracts for the purchase of Products and the provision of services through our website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law.

11.2 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
