我的荣耀 开启荣耀之旅
Dear HONOR fans
Today, we’re back with another Weekly Discussion!
This time, we would like to talk about laptops and tablets with detachable keyboards.
But first, a little history lesson:
The first laptop
The first ever laptop, called The Osborne 1, was created in 1981.
Although it was large and heavy compared to today's laptops, with a tiny 5" CRT monitor, it had a near-revolutionary impact on business, as professionals were able to take their computer and data with them for the first time.
The first Tablet
In 1989, GRiD Systems released the GRiDPad 1900, the first commercially successful tablet computer. It weighed 4.5 pounds and had a tethered pen resistive screen like the Write-top.
Back to the future!
If we travel back to where we are right now, we can see that technology developed really fast. We can now basically stick high end computers in our pockets. It is really amazing how far we came at this point.
We’re wondering what your preference is:
Are you a laptop person or would you rather use a tablet with detachable keyboard?
