Honor 8 Pro
1. HONOR Service Day is valid on every first Friday & Saturday of the month at selected Authorized Service Centers.
2. This Service Day campaign is only applicable for walk-in customers, except HONOR service centers' employees, dealers, collection points, resellers and/or distributors.
3. "Free Phone Disinfect service and software upgrade" is applicable to all walk-in customers during the Campaign Period only.
4. All HONOR phones will be updated to the latest software version according to the original software release schedule. For example, HONOR 8X is scheduled to have only Android 9, then the highest version for HONOR 8X is Android 9.
5. Software downgrade is not provided during this Campaign.
6. HONOR is not responsible for any data loss due to software update during the Campaign Period. User is recommended to perform data backup before performing any software update. The data back-up can be perform via Huawei HiSuite & Huawei BackUp to external storage.
7. "Free Screen Protector Application" service is applicable to selected models and it's for complete repair customer during the Campaign Period only. The Free Screen Protector is subject to first come first serve basis and while stock last.
8. For "Free Out of Warranty Labor Charge", customer is entitled to free labour charge during the Campaign Period. This event waives labour charge only, customer is still required to pay parts replacement cost according to repair quotation.
9. Each customer is only eligible to participate in this event once a month. Photo taken during the event will be used for promotional purpose.
10. HONOR reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
