APRIL SALE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

This April Sale Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 28th March 2024 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 30th April 2024 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 202101003804) (1404103-P) (“HONOR”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Mechanism
1.Eligibility

To participate in this Campaign, the customer(s) (“Customer(s)”) must be:

(i) individual(s) residing in Malaysia; and

(ii) eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 28th March 2024.

2. Events

This Campaign consists of the following five (5) events:

(a) Magical Ria Raya

(i) The HONOR products below are available for purchase on all HONOR Retail Stores nationwide during this Magical Ria Raya event (“Raya Campaign Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the sales price (“Raya Campaign Price”) and receive the corresponding free gifts as set out in the table below with the purchase of the Raya Campaign Product(s) from 28th March 2024 12:00 PM (GMT+8) to 21st April 2024 11:59 PM (GMT +8):

(ii) The Raya Campaign Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Each unit of Raya Campaign Product(s) purchased during this Magical Ria Raya event is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(v) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vi) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in

HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, any HONOR product(s) purchased during this Campaign Period will be entitled to 1 Year Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Campaign Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365-day Screen Protection , please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365-day Screen Protection are subject to the HONOR’s Warranty Policy.

(vii) All free gifts given under this Campaign are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website for any latest changes to the terms of the Warranty Policy which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(b) Raya Promotion

(i) The HONOR products below are available for purchase on HONOR Website and My HONOR App during this Raya Promotion (“Raya Promotion Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the special sale price (“Raya Promotion Price”) for purchasing the Raya Promotion Product(s) and receive the following corresponding free gifts from 28th March 2024 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 21st April 2024 11:59PM (GMT +8):

(ii) The Raya Promotion Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Each unit of Raya Promotion e Product(s) purchased during the Special Sale Event is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(v) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vi) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in

HONOR’s Warranty Policy. (viii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms of the Warranty Policy which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(c) Subscribe & Get Voucher

(i) Under this Subscribe & Get Vouchers event, Customer(s) will get exclusive voucher by subscribing to HONOR’s newsletter on HONOR Website and My HONOR App from 1st April 2024 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 30th April 2024 11:59PM (GMT +8), as follows:

(ii) RM10 Voucher will be emailed to the email address after successful subscription.

(iii) Only one (1) Voucher can be used in the same transaction (i.e., for all the items in the same transaction).

(iv) The RM10 Voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

(v) The RM10 Voucher is only valid for purchases made on HONOR Website or My HONOR App during the Campaign Period. RM10 Voucher must be redeemed by 30th April 2024 11:59 PM (GMT +8). Please note that any Voucher not used or redeemed will be expired automatically on the said expiry date.

(vi) This Subscribe & Get Voucher event is applicable to purchases made on HONOR Website and My HONOR App.

(d) HONOR Magic 6 Pro Marketing Roadshow

(1) HONOR Magic 6 Pro Marketing Roadshow Sale

(i) The HONOR products below (“Marketing Roadshow Product(s)”) are available for purchase during this HONOR Magic 6 Pro Marketing Roadshow Sale event below (“Marketing Roadshow”):

(A) Marketing Roadshow 1 @ Sunway Pyramid, from 3rd April 2024 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to 7th April 2024 11:59 PM (GMT +8)

(B) Marketing Roadshow 2 @ IOI City Mall, from 10th April 2024 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to 14th April 2024 11:59 PM (GMT +8)

(ii) Customer(s) who purchased any Marketing Roadshow Products during the Marketing Roadshow will receive the following corresponding free gifts:

(A) Marketing Roadshow 1 @ Sunway Pyramid

(B) Marketing Roadshow 2 @ IOI City Mall

(ii) The Marketing Roadshow Sales Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Each unit of Marketing Roadshow Sales Product(s) purchased during the Marketing Roadshow is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(v) All free gifts are not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

(vi) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vii) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the event period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy available at https://www.honor.com/my/support/warranty-policy/. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this event period will be entitled to 1 Year Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions available at https://www.honor.com/my/support/content/en-us15824450/. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the event period that come with 1 Year Extended Warranty and 180 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 1 Year Extended Warranty and 180 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the Service Terms and Conditions available at https://www.honor.com/my/support/warranty-policy/.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on the HONOR Website for any latest changes to the terms of the Warranty Policy which can be updated from time to time by HONOR

(2) HONOR Magic 6 Pro Marketing Roadshow Lucky Draw

(i) Customer(s) who purchased Marketing Roadshow Product(s) is entitled to participate in the Marketing Roadshow Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Event”) subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions below. Customer(s) must complete all the steps below to be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw Event:

(A) Purchase any Marketing Roadshow Products during the Marketing Roadshow. Every purchase of one (1) unit of Marketing Roadshow Product(s) worth minimum RM1,000 or above will be entitled to one (1) entry to the Lucky Draw Event.

(B) Complete the Gift Redemption Form by providing all relevant details and product serial number, product model purchased. Thereafter, sign and return the Gift Redemption Form.

(ii) HONOR reserves the right to change or add on the list of the prize for the Lucky Draw Event. HONOR reserves the rights to change the prizes for the Lucky Draw Event with prizes of similar value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion. Decision by HONOR will be final and no appeals will be entertained.

(iii) The prizes available for this Lucky Draw Event are as follows:

(A) Marketing Roadshow 1 @ Sunway Pyramid

(B) Marketing Roadshow 2 @ IOI City Mall

(vii) All prizes are not exchangeable for cash or item and are non-transferable.

(viii) All free gifts are not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

(3) Marketing Roadshow Experience Zones

(i) Customer(s) who completed all three (3) experience zones below during the Marketing Roadshow will be entitled to redeem the experience gifts below:

(A) Magic Camera

(B) Magic Screen

(C) Magic Experience

(ii) All free gifts under this event are not covered by warranty of HONOR.

(iii) All free gifts under this event are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(e) Flash Sale

(i) The HONOR products below are available for purchase on HONOR Website and My HONOR App during this Flash Sale (“Flash Sale Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the Flash Sale price (“Flash Sale Price”) for purchasing the Flash Sale Product(s) and receive the following corresponding free gifts from 4th April 2024 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 6th April 2024 11:59PM (GMT +8):

(ii) The Flash Sale Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Customer(s) who purchase the main products and accessories together via the add on deal on product buy page will enjoy the exclusive discount. Add on deal discount HONOR Products for the Flash Sale event are as follows:

(iv) Each unit of Flash Sale Product(s) purchased during the Flash Sale Event is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(v) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(vi) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vii) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in

HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, any HONOR product(s) purchased during this Campaign Period will be entitled to 1 Year Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. (ix) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms of the Warranty Policy which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

General

(i) The Customer(s) agrees and consents to HONOR for the use of any of the Customer(s) personal data for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for a lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management of this Campaign.

(ii) By providing the personal data, the Customer(s) confirms that (a) he/she agrees and consents to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations; and (b) he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by Statement About HONOR Platform and Privacy and HONOR’s Marketing Activities Privacy Statement. The Customer(s) further agrees that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact the Customer(s) by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign.

(iii) In the event that any prizes or free gifts are being given to the Customer(s)' having provided a false or mistaken identity or information, HONOR shall have the right to revoke the Customer(s)’ eligibility for the said prizes or free gifts.

(iv) By participating in this Campaign, Customer(s) agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HONOR’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

(v) In accepting any prizes or free gifts, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant HONOR a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

(vi) HONOR assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

(vii) HONOR shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer(s) in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.

(viii) The Customer(s) agrees to discharge and release HONOR from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the Customer’s entry in this Campaign.

(ix) The Customer(s) further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook and other social media platform, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.

(x) Save where it is otherwise prohibited by the applicable laws, in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any claims relating to the Campaign and/or any activities operated by authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, nor shall HONOR be held responsible for any payment made by the Customer(s) to authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, or for the fulfilment of the sales transaction by such parties.

(xi) Without prejudice to the foregoing and save where otherwise prohibited by law:- (1) in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if HONOR was advised of the possibility of such damages; and (2) if HONOR is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.

(xii) By participating in this Campaign and any events therein, the Customer(s) agrees to indemnify and hold HONOR and HONOR Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by HONOR due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.

(xiii) If Customer(s) are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

(xiv) Where any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period is returned to HONOR in accordance with its standard return policy, all free gifts received for the purchase must also be returned together with the HONOR product(s).

(xv) HONOR reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

(xvi) This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
