  • Why I was charged twice for the same order?

    If the same order was charged twice, usually the system will automatically refund no more than 14 working days. You can contact HONOR support team for assistance.

  • Are there any other fees if I pay with my credit card?

    HONOR Online Store does not charge any extra fees, It is recommended that you confirm with your bank.

  • Can I split the payment into several parts if the order exceeds my purchase limit?

    HONOR currently don’t support the sevice.

  • Do you accept payment in installments?

    Yes. 6/12/24 months interest-free instalment is provided by Maybank. Please note that the 6/12/24 months instalment may vary for different products, kindly check with Maybank directly or visit Maybank website page at https://www.maybank2u.com.my/maybank2u/malaysia/en/personal/cards/features_services/ezypay.page for further details.

  • Does the HONOR store have a maximum amount of payment?

    There is no maximum payment limit for both Personal Orders and Company Orders

  • How do I pay my monthly payment?

    Maybank will help you more details.

  • What are the available payment methods?

    The available payment methods for HONOR Online Store purchases are FPX (Online Banking), Credit/Debit Card, Maybank (VISA/MASTER) Installment, Touch’ n Go, Boost, GrabPay payment methods.
    You can check the latest supported payment methods with our customer service representative from 9am to 9pm daily.

  • What happens if I can't pay on time?

    If you do not complete the payment within 2 hours, your order will be cancelled.

  • How do I withdraw money from HONOR to my bank account?

    For refunds, we will use the same payment method that you used for your order.

  • My payment has been taken more than once. How do I get my money back?

    If you believe a payment has been taken more than once, please contact our Customer Services team, and they will be happy to investigate the matter for you, and provide a refund where necessary. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to show in your account depends on the bank.

  • My payment has failed, what can I do now?

    If your payment fails here are some actions you could take.
    * We recommend contacting your bank to rule out any problems with your card or a transaction being blocked due to suspected fraud (this can happen with larger transactions).
    * If the problem isn’t related to your bank or card, please try again, making sure to enter your details carefully.
    * If you continue to have issues, then please contact our customer service.

  • What if I can’t make a payment on HONOR Online Store?

    If your payment on HONOR Online Store is not successful, please contact our agent directly and prepare your order number before calling.
    Please note that if you choose FPX (Online Banking) or Credit/Debit card as the payment method, only local bank cards are supported. If you are not using local card, you are unable to make payment for the order.

  • Why does the page say the payment failed even though I am making the payment?

    We suggest that you choose other payment methods. Please contact your bank if the payment still failed.

  • Will payment be taken before I have received my order, or upon receipt of the order (once I have signed for it)?

    The payment should be finished when the order made.
