Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange

HONOR will exchange the Product for you, provided that Products are found defective within 7 calendar days from the date when you receive the Products.
HONOR will either exchange or refund the damaged and defective products that have met the conditions set forth in Warranty Policy, however, are mot repaired within a reasonable period by HONOR subject to the laws and regulations in Malaysia.
HONOR do not support return or exchange the product without reason after purchasing online.

Requirements for Return and Exchange

You shall return the product with all the accessories in the original package. It is recommended that you check whether the product and accessories are complete, the packing box is complete, and invoice is without altering before returning the product.
Please back up and then delete your personal data before returning the product.
The free gift cannot be changed (first-come-first serve basis) after you have paid for the product in full or have received the product with the gift successfully. If you have any feedback on the free gift, please contact the customer service representatives for further assistance.

Time for Return and Exchange

If HONOR choses to exchange your defective product:
You will receive the exchanged product within a reasonable period once the defective product reaches our warehouse (depending on stock availability under normal condition).
If HONOR choses to return/refund your defective product:
You will receive your purchase price within a reasonable period once the return/refund request approved by HONOR.

Delivery fee

Delivery fee shall be borne by HONOR provided that the product is found with warranty defects.

Detail Process for Return and Exchange

If you completely meet conditions in this Return and Exchange Policy, just follow our Simple 5 Step Return and Exchange Process:
Step 1: contact HONOR customer service representatives send an email to my.support@hihonor.com for service.
Step 2: Customer service representatives would initiate an exchange application. You are required to provide buyer information, product IMEI /SN number, fault description and filled in exchange form.
Step 3: HONOR would collect defect unit from customer.
Step 4: HONOR warehouse engineer will perform an inspection on the defect unit.
Step 5: After inspection has been passed, you will receive the exchange unit within a reasonable period from the date of HONOR receives the product.

Note- Original Sales Package and all the included item like cable, charger must be returned.
