  1. Introduction

    HONOR 5th AnniversaryCelebration Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Huawei Technologies(Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”). This Campaign will run from 24th June 2019,12:00a.m to 31st July 2019, 11:59p.m (“Campaign Period”). Organiser reservesthe right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

  2. Campaign Mechanism
    1. Eligibility
      1. In order to participate in this Campaign, participants (“Participant(s)”) must be:
        1. A HiHonor registered user on Honor Online Official Store ( ) ; and
        2. Eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 15 May 2019. If Participant is below eighteen (18) years of age, the parent / legal guardian must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions upon the Participant’s participation in this Campaign.

        1. The player is required to log into their hihonor account
        2. The player with the best score at the end of the campaign period will be declared the winner and will win an HONOR 8c
        3. Winner will be announced on 3rd August 2019
        4. Huawei reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have used illegal means to participate in this game.

    3. Rules Governing use of Vouchers
      1. Only one (1) voucher can be used in a single transaction (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction)
      2. Vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
      3. The Voucher are given on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock last.
      4. Voucher is valid for one-time use only during the Voucher Validity Period stated in the relevant section above.
      5. Vouchers won by the customer will be credited directly to customers’ HiHonor Online Official Store account, unless otherwise specified.
      6. The vouchers are only applicable for purchases made on HiHonor Online Official Store only
      7. The vouchers can be used with purchases that are part of 5th Anniversary Deals

  3. General
    1. All products, vouchers and free gifts made available through this campaign may have limited stocks and are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
    2. The Participant agrees and provides consent to Organiser to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Event in line with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organiser for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Event.
    3. By providing the personal data, Participant indicates that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Organiser’s Privacy Policy stated at The Participant agrees that Organiser and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign.
    4. In the event any prizes are being awarded to the participant having provided false or mistaken identity or information, Organiser shall have the right to revoke the participant’s eligibility for the said prizes.
    5. By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and Organiser’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Organiser reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.
    6. In accepting the Prizes, the winner(s) agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant Organiser a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
    7. Organiser assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.
    8. Organiser shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.
    9. The Participant agrees to discharge and release Organiser from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or to the Participant’s entry in the Campaign.
    10. The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or to the Participant’s entry in the Campaign.
    11. By entering into this Campaign, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organiser and the Organiser Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organiser due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.
    12. If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, Organiser reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
    13. This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
