    Do I have to register to avail the VIP Service?

    A:

    You don’t need to register to enjoy some prime benefits of our VIP Service. At this time, we are offering our VIP Service on Honor 8.

    What’s all covered under your VIP service?

    A:

    Extended warranty

    The extended warranty is limited to the device only which excludes accessories such as battery, charger, data cable, earphone and cosmetic items.

    Accidental damage warranty

    If the screen (touch panel & LCD) of the device cracks by accident within specified time as per proof of purchase, the user can get one-time free repair of the screen.

    Replacement service

    If there’s warranty covered hardware defect on the device (excludes accessories such as battery, charger, data cable, earphone and cosmetic items.) within specified time as per proof of purchase, the user can get one-time free replacement of the device.

    Free postal repair service

    If there’s warranty covered hardware defect on the device during the warranty period, the user can apply pickup & delivery service to get the device repaired by the authorized service center, two-way logistic fee is free of charge to the user.

    If I have already availed the accidental damage warranty, will my phone be still under warranty?

    A:

    Yes. Your phone will continue to enjoy the benefits of original specified limited warranty. Utilizing the accidental damage warranty will not impact the original warranty.

  6. Q:

    If I have already availed the accidental damage warranty, would I be still eligible for replacement service?

    A:

    Sorry to disappoint you but you won’t be eligible for replacement service, instead you will get free/paid repair service depending on the situation of the defect/damage of the device.

  7. Q:

    If the screen cracks (accidental screen damage warranty is valid) and the phone also have some other defect within three months from purchase date, how will the service center handle my phone?

    A:

    The authorized service center will use the accidental damage warranty to repair the screen for free. If the other defect is covered by the limited warranty, then the repair is free of charge, otherwise you might be charged by the authorized service center for the repair.

    If I have already availed the replacement service, will my device be still covered under extended warranty and accidental damage warranty?

    A:

    Even if you have availed the replacement service, your new device will continue to enjoy the rest of the warranty period of the original device. Also, if the accidental damage warranty of your original device is still valid, you will still be able to utilize the benefits of this warranty.
