How to Avail One Time Free Screen Replacement?
  • Offer can be availed from Support app (formerly Hicare) within 2 days from the device activation date. The device activation date indicates the date on which user inserts the sim card for the first time.
  • During the activity, only the activated device can receive the offer.
  • After successfully obtaining the offer, same will be reflect in your Support app (formerly Hicare) account within 3 days.

Terms & Conditions

    1. One Time Free Screen Replacement Offer

  • Only Honor 9X Pro bought by customer within 90 days from the first-Sale date (21/5/2020) is eligible for the “One Time Free Damaged Screen Replacement Offer.
  • Your Honor 9X pro must be purchased within 90 days from the 21/5/2020 i.e. between 21/5/2020 - 19/8/2020.
  • The offer can be claimed only once within 90 days from the date of device activation.
  • The offer is subjected to verification of device SN and/or proof of purchase provided by customer.
  • The customer needs to pay the labor charges of repair as per Huawei service center quotation.
  • Huawei reserves a right to seek such additional documents and/or information from the customer.
  • Huawei India reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    2. Free Pick-up & Drop

  • Give us a call at our Toll Free number: 18002109999 (Honor Products) 18002096555 (Huawei Products) to avail our Free Pick-up & Drop Service.
  • Free pickup and drop is not applicable on products purchased from outside of India.
  • Our Pickup & Drop services are absolutely free without any distance limitations. We will not be able to provide our services in case your pin-code is not serviceable by our service partners. However, you can try to avail the services using different area pin-code.
  • You should back up the data and disable the device lock screen password before submitting the device for repair. We will not be responsible in case of data loss during the repair process.
  • We will try our best to return your device within defined transit time specified by our logistics partner, but we promise we will not take more than 10 days. Please note that there might be a delay in case of bad weather, natural calamity, political disruptions or any other unforeseen circumstances.

    3. VIP Services

  • VIP Services are applicable within the warranty period of the device.
  • You don’t need to register to avail the benefits of VIP Services. As long as you have purchased the Honor 9X Pro, you can enjoy the VIP Services within the warranty period.
  • No Token System when you visit our Exclusive Service Centers. Dedicated center managers will be there to provide any kind of help you need with your device.
  • Expert Professional Support on our Hotline number will be exclusively for Honor 9X Pro customers.
  • We will try to repair your device within one hour when you visit our Exclusive Service Centre. It might take longer than that depending upon the condition of device and spare parts availability.

    4. Free Screen Protector Application

  • All users visiting the service center with Honor 9X Pro can avail one time free protective film service at both Exclusive Service Centers and Authorized Multi-brand Service Centers.
  • Free Protective Film Application is applicable for both with and without repair service at Exclusive Service Centers.
  • Free Protective Film Application would only be provided along with the repair service at Authorized Multi-brand Service Centers. We request you to give us a call at 18002109999 and book an appointment for repair service if you want to avail the free protective film offer.
  • Protector Film is a 3 layer PET (Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) transparent/glossy touch panel film. PET is the most common thermoplastic polymer resin. It is a scratch guard not glass with thickness of 0.230mm.
  • The free screen protector is subject to first come first serve basis and till the stocks last.
  • Free screen protector application service is only applicable for walk-in customers. However, If the customer has availed Free Pick and Drop service for repair, he will also be eligible for free protective film.
  • Pictures taken during the event might be used for promotional purpose.
  • Huawei India reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    5. Standby Phone Service

  • The Standby Phone is on first come first served basis subject to availability in the Service Centre.
  • The Standby Phone remains the property of Service Partner whilst on loan to the Customer.
  • Customer is required to sign and accept the terms and conditions stated in on the spare device lending agreement.
  • The customer is required to return the standby device while collecting their repair device.
  • User shall not remove any labels, part numbers or serial numbers affixed to the device.
  • Customer shall bear the risk of the standby device and fully indemnify Service Centre for any loss and damages incurred as a result of the standby device being lost, stolen, or damaged during the lending Period and/or otherwise permanently unfit or unavailable for use.
  • Service Centre reserves the rights to alter the Terms and Conditions here in from time to time as it deems fit and necessary.

    6. Free Gifts

  • Walk-in customers may have a chance to get a free gift after service.
  • The gift rule is according to the specific HUAWEI customer service center that you walk-in and quantity till the stocks last.
  • The gift is only applicable for walk-in customers, except HUAWEI customer service centers' employees, dealers, collection points, resellers and/or distributors.
  • The gift is for personal use only, which shall not be used for sale or rent purpose.
  • Huawei India reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Terms and Conditions here in shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this campaign.
