When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver all the orders within 3 – 7 business days. You can also click on the “Check Availability” under Delivery on the Product Page and enter your pin code to get the estimated delivery time.
Can I request a specific date or time slot for my delivery?
Currently, we do not have the feature of delivering the products at specific date or time slot.
How to track my order?
Click on Track Order on the right hand side of the website or visit your Account Section in your Honor App to keep a track of your order.
Our Logistics Partners will also send you the SMS notification when your product will be out for delivery.
Does Honor provide international delivery service?
No. At this point, Honor India doesn’t deliver products outside of India. Please click on "Check Availability" and enter your Pin Code to get the required information about standard delivery time and availability of Cash on Delivery for the Product selected.
Can I expedite or delay the delivery of my order?
Sorry, currently we do not have the facility to expedite or delay the delivery of your order. While we strive to deliver the orders as fast as we can but the delivery timelines depend on other factors such as Logistics Partners and your location.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
Sometimes you may experience a delay in the delivery due to bad weather conditions, political disruptions, special sale events or any other unforeseen circumstances. If the estimated delivery time frame has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us and we will try to track your package as soon as possible.
