Online Customer service for Replacement
Step 1: Give us a call at our toll free number 1800-210-9999 to inform us about the issue or raise an online replacement request from your Honor Account within 10 days of receiving the product.
Step 2: Register your complaint and start an appeal procedure for replacement of product. You are required to provide buyer information, product IMEI, fault description etc.
Step 3: Once your complaint request has been approved, our courier company will collect the defective unit from you.
Step 4: After we receive the product, our technical expert will perform an inspection on the device.
Step 5: The final decision on the replacement of the device shall be made after quality check. Warranty shall be void if the Customer fails to comply with all of the terms set forth.
Visit Huawei Authorised Service Centre(ASC) for Warranty Repair service
Step 1: Visit Huawei Authorised Service Centre if you’re facing any kind of difficulty with the device.
Step 2: Our Technical Experts will inspect the defective unit.
Step 3: Once the inspection has passed, you can collect the repaired/replaced device from Service Centre within 7 days of submitting the device.
