The HONOR 9X Photo Contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity") is organized by Huawei Device Co., Ltd (the "Organizer"). Activity participants (the "Participants/You") take part in the Activity by submitting photos. All Participants shall be deemed as having agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Who Can Enter

1. All HONOR phone users from around the world.

2. Be a registered member of the official website.

3. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

How to Enter

1. Each participant can upload an unlimited number of photos, but only one photo can be chosen for the award. Submissions will only be received and accepted through the official website (https://www.hihonor.com/global/). Emails and any other submission methods will not be accepted.

2. The photos submitted may only have been edited graphically by using an HONOR phone (third-party processing software used on HONOR phones will be accepted). The volume of a single image shall not exceed 10 MB.

3. Participants should submit their photos within the appropriate category:
Xplore Day: Explore daytime to the fullest.
Xplore Night: Capture special low light moments.
Xplore People: Discover the people around you.
Xplore Nature: Explore the beauty of nature.

4. Participants can log in to your registered account on the official website to check on the status progress of photos uploaded.

Rules & Regulations

After submission, the Organizer will review all submissions, and qualified photos will be shown on the website. This Activity does not charge any fees or return any submissions.

Participants agree to abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and your own country and shall not release or upload any form of subversive, pornographic, violent, terrorist, or other illegal information. Submissions that violate applicable laws and regulations or that the organizer regards as disrupting social order or public ethics shall be disqualified from the Activity.

Participants shall not, in part or in full, adopt any means to use images belonging to others in your submissions. Participants shall warrant that you have independent, complete, explicit, and uncontroversial copyright of your submissions and that such submissions do not infringe on the legal rights of any third party, including but not limited to the copyright and rights of portrait, reputation, and privacy. Your participation in this Activity shall be deemed that you have agreed to this rule. If you violate the rules, you will be disqualified. And all legal costs and liabilities for any disputes arising from your breach of the warranties, as mentioned above, shall be borne by you. The organizer and the submission platform shall not assume any liability in this regard.

Submissions that do not comply with the Activity rules contained herein shall not be selected for this contest. If such submissions are selected, they are not exempt from later disqualification. If you violate the rules, you will be disqualified, and the organizer is entitled to reclaim the bonuses, awards, written certificates, and other awarded rights and interests, and publicize such action on its official website and other media.

Prize Distribution

Champion Award is one HONOR MagicBook for one winner.

Master Award is two HONOR 9Xs for two winners, with each winner getting one HONOR 9X.

Professional Award is two HONOR Packages for two winners, with each winner getting one package each; one package includes one HONOR Band 5, one HONOR Flypods Lite, and one HONOR Mini speaker.

Prizes are commercial units in random color.

The five winners will be announced on January 17, 2019, at 12 AM (UTC+8) on the official website.

The Organizer will contact winners through their user inbox on https://www.hihonor.com/global/user-center/ within seven days after the winners are announced. Each winner shall provide valid, complete, and accurate contact information (including full name, delivery address, phone number, and postcode) to Organizer for the purposes of contact and award distribution. Prizes will be shipped within thirty (30) working days. The Organizer will assume all tariffs and express fees. If an award is not distributed to a winner due to the winner's fault (including but not limited to failure to provide the contact information or inaccurate or incomplete contact information such that the organizer is unable to contact you), the winner shall be deemed as having waived the right to claim the award and no award shall be distributed to you. In the event of an accident, if the designated prizes cannot be provided, the Organizer has the right to change the Prizes with prizes of similar value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion. Prizes cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash or other objects. After receiving the prizes, winners should confirm the prizes on the spot. If an abnormality is found, please contact the sender directly. If the prize is found to be damaged after signing, the Organizer will not be liable. You shall confirm whether the prizes are complete upon receipt of them. In case of any abnormalities, you shall inform the sender directly. Unless it is due to willful intent or gross negligence of the organizer, the organizer shall not bear any liabilities for any accidents suffered by you arising from the receipt or use of the prize.

Privacy & Personal Information

The Organizer collects personal data (i.e., username, User ID). Given that the Activity faces global Participants, cross-border transfers of personal data (i.e., username, User ID) may be stored in Singapore. The Organizer undertakes to keep the data secure and delete it within half a year. The information collected for the Activity shall not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party, other than to third parties engaged by the Organizer to fulfill the above purposes. Such data shall be used exclusively for the purposes mentioned above. The information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the stated purpose.

Rights of Use

Its creator/submitter will retain the copyright of any submitted work. By submitting work to this Activity, Participants agree to authorize the organizer to use your submissions for campaigns and product and brand marketing for free, including but not limited to using submissions in network media, print media, photography exhibitions, retail stores, roadshows, digital content, out-of-home media, and other marketing activities. Given the foregoing, the organizer will not issue a further notice to inform you or seek your approval when using your submissions. The organizer mentioned above includes Huawei Device Co., Ltd., and its affiliates as well as strategic partners.
