Hello all Honor fans,
now is the time to talk about the future Magic UI 5.0 interface, although honoring is still in the same vein as Huawei at the moment, the new Magic UI UI should be a way for it to stand out from the competition and finally affix the codes that will characterize it.
Indeed a tweet from the Digital Chat Station twitter account of April 28, 2021 announces the following:
This new version of Magic UI should not be based on the new version of Android 12 which is currently in beta and should be presented on May 19, 2021, at Google I / O.
We must therefore see this version of Magic UI as a way for Honor to mark a breaking point towards Huawei and to show what will be its style in the future.
Android 12 should therefore only appear in version 5.1 or 6 of Magic UI.
Let's not forget that Magic UI 4.0 is based on Android 10, Honor and Huawei still have a lag version in their user interfaces with the versions of Android.
All this is of course subject to the fact that Honor can recover its Google Mobile Services (GMS) license, which at the moment has not been confirmed, but could be soon with the presentation of the Honor H50 or V50.
The smartphone FCC approved as CHL-LX1 (2AYGCCHL-LX1) made it clear that the version of Magic UI that is used by its phones is 5.0.1.69 (C900E12R1P2) as @leunamme presented it here: https://community.hihonor.com/france/topicdetail/HONOR-CHL/topicId-29593/
That's all for the rumors on this Sunday morning.
Good Sunday to all.
Lesnox.
