This Service is provided by HONOR International FZCO, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the UAE, with its registered office located at Room 415, Block B, Bldg 9W, Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as "HONOR", "we", "us" or "our").

As the data controller, we understand the importance of your privacy. Please take the time to read this Privacy Statement carefully to understand how we will use your personal data.

This Service is not intended for use by users under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you need your guardian to agree to your use of this Service and agree to the relevant terms thereof.

1 What Data Do We Collect About You?

In the extended warranty service, we shall collect and use your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Statement. Personal data refers to any data that enables us to identify you as a user.

We will collect and process the following data:

• Device information, including device SN, device model.

• Invoice information, including invoice date.

• Contact information, including email address, phone number and name.

2 How Do We Process Your Data?

To provide you with the extended warranty service to you, we process the following data for the associated purposes. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Statement, you will no longer be able to use the relevant service(s) if you refuse the processing of your personal data for these services.

Extended warranty service: To check your device and extended your warranty, and to communicate with you, we will process your device model, device SN, invoice date, email address ,phone number and name .

Additionally, we will process your personal data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements, and to establish or defend our legal rights and/or to prevent, detect and pursue potential fraud attempts or cyber-attacks.

Your personal data might be used for telephone follow-up to improve service quality and experience .

3. How Long Do We Store Your Data?

We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this Statement.

The specific retention time of your personal data in relation to this Service is set out below:

• Contact Information, Device information and invoice date: We retain your Contact Information, Device information and invoice date for up to 24 months .

Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

4. How Do We Share Your Data?

• Sharing within group companies:

To check whether your device is within warranty, we will share your device SN number and invoice date with our Chinese manufacturing company HONOR Device Co., Ltd., which records the date of activation of your device.

Your personal data is stored in Malaysia. HONOR complies with all applicable legal requirements to safeguard your personal data transferred outside of the UAE.

5. What are Your Rights and Options?

Right of Access	You can request a confirmation as to whether personal data about you is processed and you can, where applicable, receive a copy of personal data we process about you.	(1) Please log in to your account by clicking the Login/Menu icon on the website/APP and clicking Login/Register. You can access your account information in your account. (2) You can exercise your data subject rights by contacting us as set out in section 7.
Right of Portability	You can receive certain data that you have provided to us in a machine-readable format.	You can exercise your data subject rights by contacting us as set out in section 7.
Right of Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")	You can have your data erased under certain conditions.	You can exercise your data subject rights by contacting us as set out in section 7.
Right of Rectification	You can have your inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed.	You can exercise your data subject rights by contacting us as set out in section 7.

Right to Restrict Processing	You can restrict the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.	You have the right to request for restriction of processing of your data in section 7 under the following scenarios: •The accuracy of your data is contested by you, and we need a period to verify the accuracy of your data. •Your data is unlawfully processed but you do not want to erase it. •You have a legal claim that you need to establish, exercise, or defend, and you requested us to keep your data when we would not keep it otherwise. •Your request for objection is pending our verification.
