Terms & Conditions for HONOR (2023/3/16-2023/5/8)

1.Event organizer :

This event is initiated by HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C,

2.Activity period:

This event is valid from 2023/3/16 to 2023/5/8.

HONOR reserves the right to change a part or whole of the Campaign at any time without notice to the Customer.

3.Event area:

This event is only valid in the UAE and on hihonor.com.

4. Event participants:

To participate in this Event, the Participant must be:

4.1 Eighteen (18) years of age and above.

4.2 Who is a resident in the UAE.

4.3 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the Campaign are excluded from participation.

5. Event description:

5.1 - Participate & Win

5.1.1 Event is valid from 2023/3/16 to 2023/4/13.

5.1.2 Customers who participated the event during the event period will stand a chance to win the prizes below:

5.2 - Flash sale

5.2.1 Event is valid from 2023/3/16 to 2023/5/8.

5.2.2 After successfully placing an order during this event on hihonor.com, the Customer(s) is entitled to enjoy the Flash Sales Price for the HONOR product(s) purchased under this event.

5.2.3 Each Customer(s) with the same account registered on HIHONOR Website can only purchase a maximum of one (1) unit of the HONOR product(s) purchased under this Flash Sales event during this Flash Sales event. Orders with more than one piece will be automatically canceled by the system.

5.2.4 The HONOR product(s) during this Flash Sales event are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

5.2.5 Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the flash sales price with up to 50% Off.

5.3 - Buy & Win

5.3.1 Event is valid from 2023/3/16 to 2023/3/22.

5.3.2 Customers who bought HONOR selected products on hihonor.com without Return or Refund will stand a chance to win the prizes below:

5.3.3 Please note that "buy & win gift" cannot be purchased alone. If buy it separately, the order will be automatically canceled.

6. Determination

6.1 Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer's control make it necessary to do so.

6.2 Compensation of the prizes in cash, exchange, or transfer to other persons is excluded.

6.3 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you cannot take up the prize.

6.4 The Prizes and products are not resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The Prizes are not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

6.5 Each (1) Customer(s) with the same registered account and/or same identity information with HIHONOR Website can win a maximum of one (1) unit of Prize only.

6.6 Winners will be notified via their email address or contact number (SMS) (as registered with HIHONOR Website) within7 days from the date of winner announcement.

6.7 The prizes will be forfeited for the winner who did not redeem or claim the prizes within 7 days from the date of the winner announcement email being sent to the winner's email address.

6.8 Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

6.9 All Products must be returned together with all the accessories and any bundled promotion items and gifts provided together with the Products. These accessories, bundled promotion items, and gifts are only offered under the condition that you keep the Products. To receive your refund, we recommend that you return the accessories and bundled promotion items and gifts in their entirety, Otherwise, returns will not be accepted for a refund.

6.10 All gifts supported by HONOR Online Store are subject to receipt of the actual item (including but not limited to appearance, color, and size).

6.11 Only one coupon can be used per order during this campaign.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Participants will provide their personal information by submitting an entry, which the Organizer will process as the data controller and its authorized agents for campaign administration and prize fulfillment. The personal information that Participants will provide is the Email address. If you don’t provide such information, you are not able to participant in this event. Once you are selected as the winner of this event, we will further collect your information (name, shipping address, phone number) to deliver prizes, and this information will also be shared with logistic service providers.

7.2 We use only your necessary personal data for the organization, selection of winners and redemption of the prize to the winners of the Activity. We use your email address to push new offers/advertisements/activities information, but you have the right to object or stop such data processing by clicking “unsubscribe” link on the push page. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, or loss.

7.3 Your personal data will be stored in Malaysia and retained for 24 months from the end of the campaign. 8. Miscellaneous

8.1 The Organizer's decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.

8.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise, where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.

8.3 Suppose any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction. In that case, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

8.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the campaign are governed by the laws of UAE and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE. Mandatory laws of the participant's resident country explicitly apply.
