How can I use my watch to improve my sleep?

The HONOR MagicWatch 2 is fitted with a sleep tracker, so you can see how well you're sleeping and get personalized advice on how to improve your sleeping habits.

Here's how you can track your sleep:

1. Open the HUAWEI Health app, go to Devices > HONOR MagicWatch 2, and turn on HUAWEI TruSleep. Your watch will now automatically detect when you have fallen asleep. It will track your sleep stages (such as light and deep sleep), and sense when you have woken up.

2. You can see the current day's sleep data, including naps, by pressing the watch's Up button and going to the Sleep section.

3. For more detailed data, open the HUAWEI Health app and look at the Sleep section of the home page. You can view your sleep records by day, week, month, and year.

• When it senses that you have fallen asleep, the HONOR MagicWatch 2 will automatically disable Always-On Display, notifications, incoming call and message alerts, and raise-to-wake functions, so it doesn't disturb you in the night.
• HUAWEI TruSleep™ still works even if your phone has been powered off for the night.
• HUAWEI TruSleep™ is still active when Do not disturb mode is enabled.
