This Honor Community (hereinafter referred to as "the Community" or "this Community") is operated by HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES Deutschland GmbH, Duesseldorf, Germany (hereinafter: “Huawei” or “We”). The Community is used for the purpose of collecting network users' suggestions for improvement and requirements for Honor products as well as feedback with regard to the Honor user experience.
In the following document, We line out how We use your (“Your”) personal data when You use this Community. In the first part (“Part 1), We line out what happens to Your personal data when You merely access Our website. In the second part (“Part 2”), We explain what kind of data processing occurs if You register for and make use the Community.
Personal data, such as names, addresses or e-mail addresses, are always provided on a voluntary basis if possible. Such data will not be passed on to third parties without Your permission.
However, We would like to point out that data transmissions via the internet (e. g. e-mail communication) cannot be entirely secure and may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of personal details against unauthorized access by third parties is not possible.

6.3 IP anonymization
We are using the function "Activate IP Anonymization". By way of this function, Your IP address will be truncated within the member states of the European Union or other contractual states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases Your complete IP-address will be transmitted to a server in the United States of America and truncated there. Commissioned by Huawei, Google will use this information to evaluate Your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities for website operators and to provide other services related to website and internet activities. Google undertakes not merge Your IP address with any other data held by Google.

You have the right to be informed about Your person-related data, their origin and addressee and the purpose of data processing as well as the right to correction, blocking or deletion of those data at any time and free of charge. II. Part 2
The following describes what happens to Your personal data when You register for and use the Community.
You can register for the Community to be able to use its additional functions. The data entered for this purpose will only be used for purpose of using the Community. In particular, You may be asked to provide the following information:
· Your Huawei User ID, for which You have registered separately
· Your nickname/handle
· Your avatar
· Your sex
· Your date of birth
· Your place of residence
· Your contact phone number
· Your contact email
· Your real name
· Your physical address
· Any other information You fill in or configure in Your personal settings or show in Your personal space.
In particular, We may use and process this information to
· Contact You: send You information about Honor events that may be of interest to You; invite You to participate in surveys organized by Huawei; or send You information with Your explicit consent. If You do not wish to receive such information, You can opt out at any time.
· Clarify Huawei product requirements You submit;
· Provide You with customer support for the features and services of the Community;
· Inform You about updates to and other information about the services of the Community;
· Verify information, such as Your identity, area of expertise, and location.
· Improve communication with users;
· Carry out internal audits, data analysis, and research on how to improve Our services;
· Improve the user experience and service quality;
· Handle disputes related to the Community that arise in the process of using the Community;
· Synchronize, share, and store data You upload or download, or request to upload or download;
· Improve Our anti-fraud programs and systems;
· Use collected data as part of external judicial assistance;
The Community is primarily intended for adults. Children are not allowed to create their own user account without the consent of a parent or guardian. Where a child's personal data is collected with parental or guardian consent, We will only use or disclose this data if the law permits it, if explicit permission is given by a parent or guardian, or if it is necessary to protect the child. In accordance with applicable laws and practices, We consider any person under the age of 13 years to be a child.
If Huawei learns that it has collected a child's personal data without first obtaining verifiable parental or guardian consent, it will take steps to delete the data as quickly as possible.
2. Comment function on this website
For the comment function on this Community, Your comment as well as details provided at the time of commenting, Your email address and, unless You post anonymously, the chosen nickname/handle and avatar will be stored and displayed within the Community, which can be accessed by other registered users (including Huawei and Huawei group companies) worldwide.
